What is Gold Vermeil?

Pronounced ver-‘may’ it is layer of gold over a sterling silver base. Liz Earle Jewellery’s gold vermeil is 2.5 microns Fairtrade gold 23.8ct on a base of Fairtrade silver all from the Sotrami mine in Peru. Gold vermeil pieces are more valuable than gold plated pieces because the base metal is silver and the layer of gold is much thicker, therefore the gold surface should last longer.

How will my order be packaged?

Every item ordered comes in our specifically designed jewellery boxes, alongside a note of how to care for each piece. The jewellery boxes are then packaged in discreet eco padded envelopes that protect your order during delivery.

What is the last order date for delivery before Christmas?

All orders need to be placed by 12pm Tuesday 17th December. Any orders placed after this date will be delivered in the new year.

Do I need to sign for my order?

No. Each order is will be sent Royal Mail Tracked and will not need to be signed for.

How do I cancel my order?

Please email hello@lizearlejewellery.com to cancel any order placed. If the order has not been posted by this point, we will cancel the order and refund your account immediately. If the order has already been sent, we will need to wait for the order to be returned to our return address before we can process the cancellation and refund.

How do I return my order?

Please email hello@lizearlewellbeing.com with the reason for return, once emailed we will provide you with a return address. We guarantee you total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the items to us within 30 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging. We are unable to offer free returns. The cost of posting a returned item(s) must be paid by the customer and will not be included in the refund. We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us via insured and recorded delivery. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit or refund postage costs.

What countries do you ship to? 

Currently we are only able to sell and deliver to UK addresses. Please contact us at hello@lizearlewellbeing.com with any queries.

How can I track my order?

Please email hello@lizearlewellbeing.com, our team will then be able to provide you with a Royal Mail tracking number so that you can stay up to date on its delivery progress.

When will I receive my order? 

Each order takes 2-3 working days to be shipped after the payment is processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for orders to arrive.

Can I order over the phone?
